Please keep in mind that this is a residential building and observe the noise level on the communal areas and in the apartment.

  • Loud music and noise are not allowed. Respect the night time (23:00-08:00).
  • The door will lock when closed. Therefore do not leave the key in the lock on the inside of the door.
  • Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with the sliding doors closed. Candle burning is not allowed in the apartments, for safety reasons. Barbecues are not allowed. The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector.
  • Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
  • Persons who are not registered in the accommodation unit as guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
  • The garbage disposal bin is located next to the seafront playground.
  • In case of bad weather we ask you to bring pillows, towels and equipment inside the apartment.
  • You can use all the devices provided by following the instructions and careful handling.
  • Please do not change language and settings on appliances.
  • When you go out please close the faucets, windows and lock the door of your apartment.
  • Please leave the apartment tidy and with no dirty dishes.
  • Please leave used towels in the separate basket provided and let us know if there are any accidents or anything breaks during your stay.
